- Manage the entire bid process, including the development of technical and commercial offers, and oversee the internal approval process;
- Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups to ensure that all offers are complete on schedule;
- Maintain reliable and efficient communication with key stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary;
- Engage in discussions with clients to explain Schneider Electric solutions, gather detailed requirements and develop competitive and client-satisfying architectures;
- Present the added value of offers, from both technical and economic perspectives to customers;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship from tendering perspective, working closely with the sales team.
- University Degree in an Engineering discipline, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Demonstrate a clear customer-oriented vision
- Offer and Application knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team oriented and results driven
- Results oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Influence and convince skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Project risk assessment expertise
- Finance Literacy
- Fluent English (written and oral) is mandatory
