- Drive impact – By researching and implementing rigorous data-driven solutions that bring concrete value to product and business lines.
- Analyze data – To interpret datasets, derive actionable insights, and support critical decision-making processes across various teams.
- Design experiments – To develop and manage A/B tests that optimize and guide product and process enhancements based on measurable results.
- Create visualisations – To track key metrics and assist in the creation of visual representations (dashboards, maps) for effective communication of analytical insights to stakeholders.
- Manage analytic solutions – By modernizing, standardizing, troubleshooting, and maintaining existing tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of our data infrastructure.
- Relevant experience – 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis principles.
- Strong analytical skills – With proven analytical, statistical, and quantitative problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges.
- Technical proficiency – Advanced knowledge of SQL, including query optimization techniques for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Programming skills – Extensive knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and automation of analytical tasks.
- Data visualization skills – Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar visualization tools to create insightful and easily understandable data representations.
