We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Advanced Wound Care (AWC) business in Northern Italy. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving regional sales performance, building strategic customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.Your Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goalsBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersLead, coach, and develop a team of Territory ManagersMonitor performance using CRM tools and drive continuous improvementManage regional budgets and optimize resource allocationSupport hospital tender processes and public procurement activitiesCollaborate with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and technical expertsPromote a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovationWhat We’re Looking ForProven sales leadership experience in the medical device or healthcare industryStrong knowledge of the Advanced Wound Care market (preferred)Experience with hospital tenders and public procurementExcellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategyPassion for digital tools and CRM systemsNative Italian and proficient in EnglishWillingness to travel extensively across the regionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related fieldExperience in commercial roles within pharma or medical devices, with at least 3 years of experience managing a teamUnderstanding of Sales Training, Tender Management, Marketing, and Market AccessSkills in change management, particularly valuable in contexts of digital transformation and commercial reorganizationStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to influence and lead across diverse teamsDemonstrated commitment to Convatec’s values and behaviorsWhat We Offer
