The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in a B2B environment. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients on an international level.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting efforts, including calling, email outreach, connection campaigns and networking.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.Collaborate closely with the team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and support sales efforts.Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, demonstrating progress towards goals and objectives.Qualifications:Fluency in English is a must; additional languages would be a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This will be requested during the interview stages of the selection process.Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.Experience managing clients on an international level, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and business practices.Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Google Apps G Suite.Amenable to work under a freelancer contract.
