- Responsible for Amazon upper and middle funnel strategy, including display spend allocation, targeting, creative strategy, and integration with awareness tools. Setting benchmarks and analyzing performance.
- Responsible for social and digital strategy execution - both organic and paid strategy, from agency briefing, day-to-day performance monitoring and managing both the agency and HQ content / media teams.
- Working together with eCommerce team, supervision over CRM strategy, ensuring consistency between CRM strategy and overall brand development.
- Responsible for brand team budget administration, including new vendor setup and management, PO creation and management, and invoice management.
- Responsible for understanding current coffee business and trends, brand performance, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to be able to support Lavazza Brand Manager in building a successful brand and annual marketing strategy.
- Support strategic brand initiatives as guided by Lavazza Brand Manager.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Management
- 1-3 years digital marketing or related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong proficiency in PPT, Excel
- Ability understand and manipulate syndicated data such as Nielsen, Numerator, IRI, etc.
- Ability to travel as needed up to 10% of time
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
