You will have an outstanding opportunity to work directly with the Direction Team and top management on the key company initiatives. and hands-on general problem solvers who take ownership of multiple projects and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products.Your role in BizAway
  • Building and optimizing scalable processes to support the company's growth;
  • Contributing to and executing key company initiatives;
  • Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience.
Your basic qualifications
  • 5+ years project management experience (having worked in the Travel Industry is a plus)
  • Successful track record to effectively lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Result oriented, respecting deadlines
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach, problem solver
  • Ability to manage and facilitate relationships with suppliers
  • Ability to work under pressure and cross functions and cultures
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Assertive, adaptable and creative
  • Dynamic and performance driven
  • Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus
We are also interested in
  • Digital experience;
  • Project management skills (GANTT definition, elaboration of post launch analysis, knowledge of project management tools and techniques…);
  • PMI® certification (is a plus).
