PROJECT MANAGEMENT ENGINEER for Spare Parts and Project Record BookThe Project Management Engineer will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the project in accordance with Client requirements and objectives, within budget and schedule, and in compliance with HSE and Quality policies, practices and procedures.They shall support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management activities, in particular drafting of the Project Record Books, Spare Parts management, certification collection, and Vendor ManagementMain responsibilities include:
  • Manages reporting to the PM for specific activities of the project services as defined, case by case, by the PM
  • Assists the Project Manager during project planning, e.g. preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project procedures and plans
  • Coordinates specific activities (internal or external to the project), related but not limited to project management, engineering, procurement as well as ensures the interfacing with CLIENT
  • Prepares the Project Spare Parts Procedure; sets up, supervises and coordinates the management and procurement process (whenever required) for the Project Two Years Operation Spare Parts
  • Prepares the Project Record Books (PRB)/Final Documentation Procedure; sets up, coordinates the multidisciplinary process, ensures the definition of the PRB's indexes, supervises and monitors the collection of the related documentation (typically Design and Drawing Books, Plant Operating Manuals, Vendor Data Books, Manufacturing Data Books, Vendor Operating and Maintenance Manuals, Plant Inspection Books, Field QA/QC Dossier, Completion Record Books); ensures the Handover of the assembled PRB to the Client
  • Supports the management of the back charges work process
Previous experience may include, but not be limited to:
  • Proved experience in Spare Parts, Supply Chain (Procurement and Expediting) management and document control management
  • Communication and negotiation abilities in an international environmental
  • Record of working within global large teams in multi-disciplinary projects is highly preferred
  • Demonstrable experience in establishing good relation with international Clients
  • Knowledge in managing the documents called 'Inventory of Spare Parts' and experience in Purchase Order check referring to Spare Parts is a plus
  • Knowledge in quality documents checking is a plus
Minimum Requirement
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
  • Experience in large scale projects and with Major Clients is a plus
  • Availability to worldwide / remote area trips
  • Skill and competences in work team organization and in pursuing Company and Project goals
  • Ability in managing meeting (in presence or virtual) and in preparing / updating documents and reports for Client approval
  • Capacity in working in stressful environmental and in self-work organization
  • Flexibility and proactivity both in work activities and interpersonal relations
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point as a minimum), Java, HTML, SQL, Database management
  • Experience in main Company tools as SAP and Documental System (ie: Page) is highly preferred
  • Propensity to team work and problem solving
Preferred Qualification
  • High school diploma in accountant programmer or management engineering degree
  • Document Controller with project management skills
