The Human Resouces Director is responsible for overseeing HR management throughout the group. Key responsibilities include, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies. Collaborating with the Management Team to promote an engaging culture and developing and implementing effective succession plans.The HRD must be a strong advocate for change and will be responsible for building an agile and high-performance organisation. His or her job includes communicating between company executives and management, managing the HR budget and coordinating with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations. The HR manager will play a key role in supporting the company's growth.Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement HR strategies in support of overall corporate objectives
  • Define, implement and drive all HR processes in line with corporate strategy
  • Implement performance management systems to promote employee engagement, development and productivity
  • Oversee the recruitment process ensuring employee attraction and retention
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programmes to integrate new employees into the corporate culture
  • Ensure employees are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to succeed by identifying training needs and coordinating the development and delivery of training programmes
  • Thoroughly analysing the company's needs in terms of technical training, leadership, values and business knowledge
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Represent and liaise with employee organisations and manage employee relations in terms of collegiality, teamwork and collaborative decision making among staff
  • Leads, analyses and develops improvement plans based on feedback from employee engagement surveys, exit interviews and other sources of feedback
  • Support top management in the budgeting process, developing an effective and goal-oriented HR strategy, acting as HR Business Partner
  • Develop and implement cost-effective remuneration policies and procedures to ensure fair remuneration schemes and increase employee productivity in all international regions

  • Proven experience in human resources management, with a preference for strategic, talent management and business development experience
  • Experience in leading human resources change management programmes
  • Excellent communication and people management skills at all levels
  • Excellent ability to work effectively in high pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive issues.
  • Ability to relate and communicate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with a diverse group of people
  • Dynamic and proactive approach, change management skills, negotiation and influence
  • Proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration in a team environment
