  • Independent management of the spa and wellness area and responsibility for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Responsible for looking after guests during the various programmes
  • Staff management and motivation, daily staff training
  • Creation of individual therapy plans based on findings
  • Commercial leadership of the department, including budget responsibility, efficient purchasing and ordering of SPA products
  • Creation of attractive weekly and daily programmes and special promotions to optimise sales growth
  • Compliance with the prescribed hygiene guidelines
  • Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities and equipment in the SPA area
Your profile:
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Completed vocational training in the wellness/beauty sector
  • Excellent market and trend knowledge, innovative
  • Very good knowledge of German, Italian and English
  • Experience in leading and motivating employees
  • First-class sales and service orientation as well as high quality standards
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Protel and HIS
  • Excellent manners, well-groomed appearance and sociability
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident and winning manner
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong sales orientation
