- Develop and implement comprehensive global account plans, mapping key stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and setting clear growth strategies.
- Lead complex, multinational business negotiations and ensure strong P&L performance across regions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, aligning CEVA solutions to Ferrari's evolving needs.
- Build and strengthen C-level relationships, expanding CEVA's presence and influence across account global organization.
- Act as the senior point of contact for all business matters, ensuring smooth execution, issue resolution, and consistent high-level service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, operations, finance, marketing) to deliver innovative, tailored solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in global account management or strategic customer leadership, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in complex commercial negotiations and multinational project management.
- Strong P&L management skills with a clear focus on financial performance and customer success.
- Advanced consultative selling abilities and a sharp strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
