- Boosting HR reporting and analytics cultures, improving processes, initiatives and analysis Participating in organizational design, sizing & workforce planning initiatives Managing the Head count monitoring, being actively involved in budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning processes Contributing in digitalization and transformation projects Supporting in the Organizational Documents and Organization Structure updating Enhancing HR and Company processes
- University Degree in Management, preferably with an HR focusA min of 3 years of experience within HR/Organization functions
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and Power Point mandatory)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency in English
- A proactive attitude, , energy, “agility” and team-oriented mindset
