The role involves managing a wide range of corporate secretarial and regulatory tasks, including Chamber of Commerce procedures, tax authority filings, digital identity management, and document handling for various types of companies.Key Responsibilities
- Communication and filling to the local Chamber of Commerce (i.e. financial statement, minutes of corporate bodies for various types of Companies; declaration of start of activity and local units, etc.);
- Download of company profiles and documents from the Chamber of Commerce;
- Request for Chamber of Commerce certificates, pending charges certificates and various court certificates;
- Activation of EWE ("Employment Without Establishment");
- Request and renewal of PEC address for companies and individuals and management of PEC forwarding;
- Request for Chamber of Commerce certificates, pending charges certificates, and various court certificates;
- Communications to the Italian Tax Authority for companies and individuals (e.g., AA5/6 and AA7/10 forms);
- Submission of requests to the Italian Tax Authority, Anagrafe Rapporti/CRS;
- Preparation of tax code requests for companies and individuals, preparation of documents for Fisconline/Entratel, subscription to the tax drawer, and submission of tax declarations via Entratel channel;
- Configuration of security environments;
- Request and renewal of digital signature; request and renewal of electronic invoicing;
- Activation and renewal of LEI code;
- Download of company profiles and documents of all kinds from the Chamber of Commerce;
- Request for cadastral surveys;
- Submission of requests for lease contract renewals with annual tax payment and registration of new lease contracts;
- Update of Profis database.
- High school diploma or university degree
- Good Knowledge of English
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Solid knowledge of Profis, ENTRATEL, Telemaco, and other platforms used for data exchange with public administrations
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach to tasks
- High level of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong drive for professional growth and development
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team, manage stress, and meet tight deadlines; availability to work flexible hours during peak periods
- Preferably, at least one year of experience in a similar role
