- Support talent development initiatives dedicated to specific Communities in terms of development actions and training (e.g. D&I initiatives, Learning tutorship)
- Support recruiting and selection activities for Staff Functions
- Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Talent Activities at Country Level
- Support the Italy HR community in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process and/or other development process/actions
- Support employer branding initiatives and, in particular, Universitary Relations to support strategic recrtuitment plans at Country level
- Support organization and delivery of the training plan
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Humanities, Management Engineering or related field
- Interest in organizational development topics and new dynamics of HR Business Partnering

- Motivate to work in an international and multicultural environment; it is necessary to work with people at all levels within the Organization
- Good computer, Microsoft Office skills
- Data-driven and Digital mindset
- Good communication skills
- Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information
- Flexible, open minded, fair and balanced judgment
- Fluent in English
