Banca Generali is a leading company in Italy in private banking, able to offer its customers the best strategies for effective financial planning and in the protection of clients through a network of private consultants at the top of the sector in terms of skills and expertise/professionalism.Within Banca Generali Company, The Performing Loans Management and Monitoring is responsible for managing the performance and preparing management reports related to the credit facilities granted to clients. This includes authorizing overdrafts within the delegated limits defined in the Credit Regulation, as well as overseeing and reconciling the value of the guarantees received by the Bank.The ideal candidate will support the following activities:

Collaborating with credit units: Working closely with teams that handle credit granting and management
Monitoring and improving processes: Assisting in overseeing and enhancing credit granting and control procedures
Managing relationships: Helping to maintain connections with the Bank’s internal departments and external suppliers
Data collection and analysis: Participating in gathering and analyzing data related to credit policies

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Degree in Economics
Basic knowledge of credit granting and monitoring processes
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of Credit Risk / Risk Management will be considered as a plus
Proficiency in English
Strong analytical skills, attention to details and technicalities
Focus on results and alignment with Banca Generali's vision
General functional requirements and specifications (e.g. drafting reports)
Team working skills, determination, initiative and flexibility complete the profile
