- Build and nurture trusted relationships with a portfolio of multi-utility customers, positioning Siemens as a preferred partner for electrification and automation solutions.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, technical requirements, and project specifications to tailor product and solution offerings effectively.
- Accelerate the development and retention of existing customer relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proactively address customer issues and complaints, providing timely resolutions to maintain trust and ensure service excellence.
- Drive new business opportunities, playing a key role in converting leads into sustainable, long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders and supporting business planning.
- Proven experience in the Italian energy market, ideally with utilities, renewables, or EPCs, and a strong focus on solution-based selling.
- Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering degree or similar background
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with partners at all levels to develop long-term partnerships.
- Familiarity with different go-to-market strategies (solutions, products, systems) and a data-driven, results-oriented attitude.
- Team player with a proactive attitude in co-creating business opportunities across internal and external sales networks.
- Passion to never-stop growing

- Proficiency in English and Italian
