Job Description:System Engineer in Airframe Systems, acting as direct interface on project and activities within the Technical Area, in tight cooperation with Head of Disciplines and Chief Projects, dealing with high level Requirements and planning of development, qualification and certification activities.The role is placed in the contest of the Disciplines in charge to Airframe Systems, related to Hydraulics, Propulsion and Fuel system, Environmental Control System, General Systems (Pitot, Hoist, Cargo Hook, Ditching equipments,...), Electrical System and Installation.System Engineer supports and coordinates during the activity managed together with CPE, PM and MRA office, supporting also discussions and issues with Procurement and Product Support/Customer Support.System Engineer tasks are focused on plan, budget, control and functional coordination aimed to achieve the target for technical activities within Airframe Systems technical area.Accountable for the definition of the system architecture and installation in tight cooperation with Chief Projects; performs trade-offs among different solutions to maximize the different product requirements, safety, performance and costs.Requirements· Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field· Previous professional experience in mechanical or aeronautical engineering is preferred; experience in the same area is a strong advantage but not mandatory· Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical and professional contexts· Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, international work environment· Problem-solving attitude and results-oriented mindsetSeniority:Primary Location: IT - Varese - Cascina CostaAdditional Locations:Contract Type: PermanentHybrid Working:
