- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across France and Benelux.
- Build strong relationships with key buyers, agents, and distributors.
- Ensure brand alignment and product presentation in all wholesale points of sale.
- Act as the main point of contact for regional wholesale clients.
- Drive seasonal sales targets and annual revenue goals for the region.
- Conduct seasonal sales campaigns and showroom appointments during buying sessions.
- Monitor order intake, sell-through performance, and re-orders to optimize business.
- Collaborate with the internal sales operations team on order management and delivery tracking.
- Monitor account performance, margins, and stock flow.
- Degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a wholesale sales or area management role in the fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the French and Benelux wholesale markets is a plus
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
