With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and global reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people.We are currently seeking a Change Analyst to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy!The Oracle PD Cloud & Oracle ERP Change Analyst is responsible for managing and supervising product and engineering changes across the full lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between PLM Product Development (PD) Cloud and Oracle ERP systems. The role includes end-to-end Change Order (CO) governance, from creation through validation, release, and final item activation in Oracle ERP.Responsible for the creation and maintenance of good technical documentation both at the component, and at the system level, to support all the R&D activities like customer facing documentation (submittal drawings), and certification documentation (support to certification team, to generate details and documents needed to satisfy UL and CE certifications).What kind of work will you be doing?
Manage and oversee Change Orders (CO) within Oracle PD Cloud PLM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company processes
Supervise the end-to-end change process, from engineering release to item activation in Oracle ERP
Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Change Orders approvers to help to expedite the review / approval of these changes, and ERP teams
Ensure correct data synchronization between Oracle PD Cloud and Oracle ERP (items, BOMs, AMLs, documents)
Validate and monitor:
Item creation and updates
Bill of Materials (BOM) structures
Approved Manufacturer Lists (AML)
Document attachments and specifications
Provide training and support to stakeholders on change management processes and tools. Provide support to all PD Cloud users when they have questions related to PLM
Monitor KPIs related to change cycle time, data quality, and process efficiency
Start the Oracle Donna ERP item creation process to allow item creation and activation in EMEA regions
Create BOM on Oracle Donna ERP in cooperation with EMEA AME teams, to implement the PLM changes into EMEA production for Large Power plants
Supervise the entire item creation workflow on Donna and Alice, to ensure correct priority in urgencies and smooth activation of all the processed items
Technical: Creation, maintenance, and support to R&D and offering departments; to create, submit and release Submittal drawings, as per information and details shared by other R&D team members.
Technical: Support to certification team members, analyzing BOM and released documentation, both at component and system level, to support and ensure the correctness of the process of certification.
Process: Create and maintain PO on Oracle Donna for prototypes orders to support procurement, and for R&D specific needs
Process: Manage, store and warranty the correct process flow related to all the R&D documentation, like declarations, test plans or any internal R&D procedure
Cooperate with other Change Analysts and Master Data Management teams across the regions to maintain alignment and implement global procedures
INTERACTIONS:All PLM PD Cloud users include Engineering, Offering, PMO, Advanced Manufacturing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Service, Application Engineering and Sales.All Oracle Donna ERP Large Power EMEA and all Oracle Alice ERP Large Power NA users include PMO, AME, Manufacturing, Procurement, MDM, Quality, and Finance.What will make you successful?
Knowledge/Experience in Change Management / Change Order processes
Solid understanding of Product lifecycle management (PLM) and ERP data structures and integrations
Knowledge/Experience with end-to-end process supervision in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data validation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
Good verbal and written communications skills (English language) are necessary for the position.
Proficiency in Microsoft office products.
