  • Assist the Marketplace Sales Lead in monitoring the marketplace portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals in terms of volume and profitability.
  • Support the team in tracking the performance of Agents with a focus on their commercial capabilities, conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel, and ancillary revenues.
  • Participate in weekly team sessions to help manage mandate distribution to Agents, ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines and utilizing tools like AppSales integrations.
  • Assist in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketplace portfolio inventory, collaborating with the Data team and MOPS lead to support sales forecasting efforts.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with different teams, such as Seller/Buyer Success/Casavo Mutui, to support the fine-tuning of the operational model.
  • Participate in recurring team meetings, contributing to discussions and helping the team achieve expected performance levels.
  • Assist MOPS Lead in reviewing and analyzing team performance and process KPIs on a monthly basis.
Cross-functional Support:
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to help implement processes that align with the desired customer experience.
  • Support in organizing training sessions and onboarding for Agents to ensure commercial and financial efficiency.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials to support the dismissal of real estate assets, contributing to the development of effective visual and written content aimed at enhancing and promoting the properties

  • Full English and Italian proficiency;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Good knlowedge of Excel;
  • University degree (obtained or ongoing) required ideally in economics, management, engineering or related fields;
  • Result-oriented, proactive and entrepreneurial.
