Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestThe Control System Engineer is the String Test focal contact for all control system operations activity related to testing of the assigned string test packages.He/She drive with safety, quality and on time delivery all operations (mechanical, electrical) related to test bench preparation, functional test, loop check, test execution, up to test bench disassembly.In this role He/She acts as coordinator of external suppliers that perform activities on test bench.He / She is also responsible of trouble shooting and prompt non-conformity resolution maintaining connection with partner functions/department such as product engineering, assembly, and packaging mfg. cell.In is mission He/She is also responsible to drive #Safety and #Quality culture among the partners supplier that contemporary works on the test bench.As Control System Engineer, you will be responsible to:
- Drive the string test operation according to production planning timeline
- Supervise all the activity performed by external supplier such as assembly, loop check, electrical wiring, software calibration, electrical work
- Provide technical direction on non-conformity maintaining connection with partners functions: engineering, manufacturing.
- Draft and archive operation quality/ safety reports and checklist related to ongoing field operations
- Ensure that safety standard is maintained and respected by all people working on the assigned field
- Verify that project budget is aligned to operation expenses and adjust operation plans to minimize costs
- Assure that Lesson Learned are captured and applied during operations.
- Have a bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering subject or demonstrated work experience on field
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Show good ability to manage and oversees multiple projects/activities with high intensity
- Show ability to plan and lead cross functional programs.
- Be an experienced problem solver, with analytical approach identifying root causes and implementing improvements solutions
- Display a good knowledge of Turbomachinery System architecture, control software, commissioning operations.
- Be fluent in English and Italian languages and be able to work in EU.
