In this role, you will help maintain the high-quality standards of medium power transformers throughout the production process, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, internal procedures, and international standards.   • Perform quality checks during the construction process, conducting regular inspections at various stages to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Lead all aspects of incoming material control to verify that all materials meet established standards and requirements.
  • Detect nonconformities, coordinating and ensuring the implementation of corrections by performing root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and collaborating with relevant departments to develop and complete corrective actions.
  • Support and cooperate with the service and production teams to address customer complaints and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • You will encourage a dedication to quality by educating production staff on quality standards and procedures, cultivating an environment of quality awareness and understanding among all employees.
  • Ensure that quality requirements are consistently met during the manufacturing process.
What You Bring
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control within a factory environment, preferably in customized production.
  • You possess a strong ability to read and understand technical drawings (electrical or mechanical) and have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficient in both Italian and English (spoken and written), which is essential for this role.
  • You don't have any limitations for working at heights due to the size of our products.
  • You are available for business trips, approximately 30% of the time, both nationally and occasionally internationally
  • Strong orientation towards achieving targets, show initiative and autonomy, and have a propensity for teamwork, complemented by excellent communication and relational skills.
