- Taking charge of new clients from contract signature onwards
- Work on upsell metrics within your client portfolio
- Being the focal point for the client
- Partner actively with the client to guarantee full satisfaction with Ancelia
- Build an enduring relation with each assigned client
- Understand client needs and feedbacks and report them to your colleagues
- Partner up with functional analysts and product developers to drive Ancelia new features
- Represent TeiaCare at events and product demonstrations
- Prepare reports, key documents and presentations
- 2-3 years of experience in the role
- Top-notch relational and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for sales activities
- Interest for healthcare and for AI applications
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector
- Good English reading and writing skills
