Deliver Complete Full-Stack Features: Transform user stories from concept through production; define requirements, architect scalable approaches, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct comprehensive testing, and deploy
Identify and Resolve Bugs: Conduct root cause investigations, address underlying issues rather than surface symptoms, and prevent regressions through intelligent testing strategies
Elevate Code Standards: Assess design proposals and pull requests to maintain clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt accumulation

Basic Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
Proven ownership: Track record of owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond isolated task contributions
Self-directed execution: Capability to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward through ambiguous contexts
Hands-on experience incorporating generative A.I. into daily development workflows
