
Manager, Services Business Development (Fraud and Cyber Sales)

- Drive go-to-market activities for Mastercard’s fraud and cyber security services in Italy, with a primary focus on financial institutions
- Drive business development and independently manage client relationships, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals
- Partner with product and consulting teams to tailor fraud and cyber solutions to client needs
- Contribute to Mastercard’s market presence and thought leadership by representing the brand at conferences, industry events, and client meetings
- Translate customer needs into actionable business requirements, leveraging Mastercard's global assets and data
- Help build the Mastercard Services brand in cyber by forging strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Proven experience in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or risk management, ideally from a consulting firm or SaaS vendor
- Strong business development and client engagement skills—able to build trust and uncover opportunities
- Experience in the cyber and/or fraud domain is essential; prior sales experience is preferred, though a strong interest and motivation to grow into a sales-focused role will also be considered
- Understanding of current security and cybersecurity tools, technologies, and trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and able to own your book of business
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, tech, and delivery teams
- Completed university degree
