- Lead, manage, and develop a team of divisional and regional business partners, guiding their performance and fostering professional growth.
- Define KPIs and team goals that align with the overall marketing strategy of the group.
- Provide strategic marketing insights and promote initiatives that align with business priorities, revenue targets, and market expansion plans.
- Leverage market data, customer insights, and competitor analysis to develop impactful product marketing strategies.
- Create a marketing and content strategy centered around globally relevant topics.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence and the Creative & Publishing Hub, to execute high-performing marketing campaigns.
- A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Experience in multinational companies within the industrial services sector.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, business partnering, strategic planning, product marketing, or similar roles in a global context.
- At least 5 years of international leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing stakeholders within a technical business environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, technologies, and analytics to optimize engagement and conversion through digital channels.
- Proficiency in English; Italian and/or German is a plus.
- A confident, resourceful, self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
