Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will join the UX/UI Design team and support the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France, and soon other countries) in activities such as:
- Overseeing the UX/UI team in its day-to-day work, ensuring its integration within cross-functional squads, and enabling it to track and understand the impact of its work on the company's objectives;
- Working closely with squad leaders, product managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our product designs are aligned with the company's goals and vision, while maintaining a focus on user experience;
- Leading and mentoring a team of talented UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture;
- Defining and implementing the overall UX/UI design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs;
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences;
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences;
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions;
- Continuously iterating and optimizing designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and industry best practices;
- Establishiing and maintaining design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all products and platforms;
- Staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and design tools to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

- Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Service Design or a related field;
- Proven experience (5+ years in UX/UI digital design roles and minimum 3 years of team leading) in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and leadership capabilities;
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar tools;
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- An excellent communicator with great presentation skills, and the ability to convey concepts concisely and effectively;
- Experienced in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions;
- Able to lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
The role is based in Milano with a hybrid work policy.
