- Laurea Magistrale in Scienze umanistiche e sociali (preferibilmente giurisprudenza, sociologia, criminologia, psicologia)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C2)
- Maturata esperienza in ambito di progetti e attività rivolti all’infanzia e all’adolescenza
- Buona conoscenza della rete e relativo funzionamento dei servizi territoriali
- Ottima capacità di utilizzare nuove tecnologie e strumenti di comunicazione (chat, email, social media, whatsapp, messaggistica)
- Ottima padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici (Pacchetto Office, Google Suite, ...)
- Disponibilità ad operare su turni (compresi notturni e festivi)

Please visit: www.azzurro.itTHE POSITIONThe 114 Children's Emergency Service adds to the traditional telephone line a multi-channel listening service.
It receives and manages reports of situations of distress, abuse, danger or emergency to the detriment of children and young people, interfacing with the network of territorial services that protect children and adolescents.To enhance the service we are looking for smart, flexible, highly motivated candidates with strong organizational and problem solving skills.The activity foresees a first phase of training, observation and in-depth study of Telefono Azzurro's intervention models, alongside the operational team.The second phase, within the consulting services oriented to the protection of minors in situations of distress, provides for the effective management of multi-channel listening activities through the reception and management of the requests for help.Tasks & responsibilities:- Reception and Management of the requests for help coming from children and adolescents (via telephone line, chat, social media and the Internet).- Research activities and in-depth study of emergency and service related issues in generalREQUIREMENTS
- Master's Degree in Humanities and Social Sciences (preferably law, sociology, criminology, psychology)
- Excellent knowledge English (B2/C1)
- Excellent ability to use new technologies and communication tools (chat, emails, social media, whatsapp, messaging)
- Excellent mastery of the main IT tools (Office Package, Google Suite,...)
- Willingness to operate on shifts (including nights and holidays)
- Experience in activities aimed at children
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Accuracy; organizational and problem solving skills
- Dynamism and ability to work independently and in a team
- Good stress management skills
