- Qualified lawyer in Italy will be considered a plus
- at least 3 years of experience in Intellectual Property law, preferably gained in a law firm or in-house within structured environments
- Familiarity with the dynamics of in-house legal work and the ability to integrate into a corporate team
- Fluency/proficiency in Italian and English (oral & written)
- Good knowledge of Italian and European Intellectual Property laws and regulations
- Ability to support the drafting and negotiation of IP agreements and provide legal advice on IP matters
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently, while maintaining a collaborative (non-individualistic) approach, being a collaborative member of cross-functional teams;
- Good analytical skills to identify risks and support in evaluating mitigation actions;
- Flexibility and adaptability to support global projects;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills to support an inclusive and global team;
- Strong listening skills and a genuine willingness to learn through constructive exchange with colleagues.
