- Conducting a thorough inventory of all existing documentation relevant to business policies, procedures, and operating instructions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to assess the significance and value of each item.
- Developing a standardized classification system for these documents, including assigning appropriate metadata and tags.
- Selecting and implementing the best tool for preserving digital and/or physical documents, including their versions and updates over time.
- Defining access criteria to the documentation.
- Creating global training for the implemented system and solution.
- Newly graduated Management/Industrial engineer or Auditing & Control, or student currently enrolled in relevant degree programs
- Highly motivated and proactive cross functional team player
- Process-oriented, strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to deal with uncertainty and navigate a global, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with database management and digital archiving tools is a plus
- Fluent English.
