We are looking for a talented, self-driven candidate to come and join an intern role, focused on the internal Management System. The candidate will collaborate with the Audit and Quality functions on an impactful, highly visible project, aimed to drive optimization of our documentation management system at global level. The role is designed to provide the candidate with exposure to different Functions, Business Units and Regions.This role is based in Prysmian Headquarters, Milan.Core responsibilitiesThe candidate will be mainly focus on the following activities:
  • Conducting a thorough inventory of all existing documentation relevant to business policies, procedures, and operating instructions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to assess the significance and value of each item.
  • Developing a standardized classification system for these documents, including assigning appropriate metadata and tags.
  • Selecting and implementing the best tool for preserving digital and/or physical documents, including their versions and updates over time.
  • Defining access criteria to the documentation.
  • Creating global training for the implemented system and solution.
Skills and competencies
  • Newly graduated Management/Industrial engineer or Auditing & Control, or student currently enrolled in relevant degree programs
  • Highly motivated and proactive cross functional team player
  • Process-oriented, strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to deal with uncertainty and navigate a global, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with database management and digital archiving tools is a plus
  • Fluent English.
