- Guarantee accurate calculation, filing and payment of direct, indirect and local taxes, as well as correct determination of current and deferred taxes.
- Oversee international tax matters and ensure proper preparation and maintenance of the Group Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Ensure governance and operational implementation of the Cooperative Compliance framework, monitoring and control relevant processes, maintaining continuous, transparent cooperation with tax authorities.
- Coordinate tax audits and manage interactions with national and international tax authorities.
- Review contracts from a tax perspective, identifying associated risks and ensuring correct legal interpretation.
- Lead tax planning process for Ducati Motor Holding and support tax planning for foreign subsidiaries.
- Provide tax support for extraordinary transactions, new business projects and feasibility studies.
- Monitor tax regulations and communicate relevant updates to management and affected departments.
- Act as reference point for grants, incentives, subsidies and tax credits, ensuring end‑to‑end governance.
- Manage the preparation and submission of tax data within the AUDI/VW reporting system.Requirements- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and Statutory Auditor.
- Fluency in English and Italian (mother tongue).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar position in an international Group environment.
- Good knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
- Strong expertise in Transfer Pricing, tax compliance, and multinational tax governance.
- Experience in Tax Credit Management / State Aid
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and international tax legislation.
- Accuracy, reliability, and ability to operate in complex international environments.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
