- Support in managing HR systems, with a view to continuous improvement
- collaborate in the monthly processing of payroll in a complex reality with unique peculiarities;
- collaborate on Group and local projects concerning the improvement of HR processes;
- collaborate in the activities necessary for the management of benefits programs;
- collaborate in the analysis of the procedures owned by the function and facilitate their updates;
- closely collaborate with the local team and the off-shore hub and manage the ticketing system with a particular focus on internal customer satisfaction;
- collaborate with the HR Head of Italy and HR BP to facilitate the daily management of resources and be the interface of functions such as controlling and accounting;
- actively participate in all the business projects of the various divisions in which the HR function is involved.

- master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Engineering or HR related (HR brief experiences is a plus)
- proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
- truly service oriented with great communication skills
- well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
- able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
- known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
