- Provide insightful analysis on the forecast, sellin/sellout for Samsung products.
- Develop dashboards and conduct analysis highlighting Performances and KPIs for Sales, Channel stocks, Sellout, Forecast, and participate in the continuous improvement plans.
- Analyse external and internal customer data using database queries, spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.
- Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.
- Analyse the trend of sell-out from each channel / POS, detect the possible stock-out channel, sales order status, and suggest the proper supply plan or allocation to sales team.
- Constantly monitor technological and competitors trends and movement and suggest proper actions to marketing team
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Prepare portfolio analysis, business report doc and portfolio planning roadmap.
- Prepare pricelist and product benchmarks
- Overlook to product performance, Identify and implement sell-out activities to boost sales in each channel.
- Support sales and support by leading the development and maintenance of appropriate collateral including user guides, presentations, marketing content and demos
- Liaise with Technical Product Management Dept. to address any application related issue or possible implementation;
- Act as product lead and evangelist for Samsung products across variety of mobile devices and operating systems;
