The role of Ferrari Lifestyle is to fuel long term growth by broadening our customers' base and expanding our value proposition beyond our core business, while preserving our brand's DNA, its heritage and values.In order to strengthen our Lifestyle Creative team, we are looking to hire a Visual Communication Prompt Designer, based in Milan (Italy).In this position, you will be responsible for translating the briefs developed by the Visual Communication Manager into visual communication projects, both online and offline, drawing on the brand values and the stylistic guidelines of the Creative Direction.As part of the team, you will support the following activities:
  • Analyzing and testing market trends and innovations in AI within the creative field to identify the best solutions to meet the needs of the Creative Direction.
  • Writing prompts for the generation of creative content (both photos and videos) for internal stakeholders.
  • Managing image processing for various digital platforms through activities such as photo retouching, cropping, and layout design.
  • Supporting the Visual Communication team and the Creative team in managing graphic projects intended for communication with Ferrari Style clients and for in-store events.
  • Developing materials for web/mobile use, including but not limited to newsletters, banners, and animated GIFs.
  • Adapting layouts and producing print-ready files for materials supporting retail and marketing activities.
  • Assisting the manager in packaging development by creating mockups and supervising both sampling and production stages.
Required ProfileIn order to succeed in this challenging role, you should ideally have excellent academic results with a Master's degree in Design, Communication Design, Communication or similar, and at least 2 years of dedicated experience as a Creative Prompt Designer.Curiosity about the world of art, design, fashion, and new trends is required.
Strong knowledge of AI tools for generating photos and videos, excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), and good knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Cinema 4D, Rhino, etc., are mandatory to manage the activities.
Previous experience, even minimal, in communication agencies will be considered a nice-to-have.In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
