- Coordinate and execute first training on using CWX suite: shadowing potential users in running demo cases, providing F2F theoretical training, assisting and guiding the users in first initial clinical procedures, and execute training follow-ups on new or existing users also in relation to CWX new tools or functionalities
- Drive the adoption of CWX suite in the initial phase after installation and training in close collaboration to local Sales Rep in charge of the target account
- Assist and help local commercial resources (SR, Mkt) in delivering in-depth product presentation (including demo cases) in target accounts
- Train local Sales Reps during live and demo cases for them to obtain certification on proficient usage of the technology
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums and provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel (“train the trainer”)
- Ensure tracking and measurement of execution of activities at account level by local SR in coordination with WE HQ team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, nursing, biology, or other life sciences and a minimum 6 years of work experience in the healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry, as well as knowledge of angiograms ( imaging systems) and anatomy of the heart
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating and executing marketing programs
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and problem resolution skills
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levels
- Ability to travel extensively with ease up to 80% of the time in the country of residence and main EU countries.
