  • You will support our customers with high quality through international technical support (mainly remote and by phone) for Angiography systems (with a focus on customers in Italy).
  • You will recognize, understand and solve technical malfunctions of Angiography systems
  • You will analyze technical defects with the help of the customer, service technician or application specialists on site and master both remote diagnosis and the use of databases
  • You will carry out the qualified pre-diagnosis and select defined spare parts
Your expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/biomedical technology.
  • Previous professional experience in the field of technical service/installation of Angiography systems.
  • Good English and Italian language knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Structured, proactive approach to solving customer problems.
