Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: Marketing Manager__Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and coordinate Business Intelligence and Strategic Marketing projects, leveraging AI and agentic workflows to improve customer experience, marketing effectiveness, and commercial conversion. This position combines marketing expertise, process & program management, and applied AI capabilities to translate business needs into measurable initiatives across the end-to-end customer journey.Work model: #LI-hybrid.In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Drive marketing BI strategy: define priorities, KPIs, dashboards and insight routines to support strategic marketing decisions and generate actionable insights on customer behavior, campaign effectiveness and personalization initiatives.Lead process excellence & transformation: conduct end-to-end reviews of Marketing & Sales processes, identify improvement opportunities, build transformation roadmaps and facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive adoption and change.Identify, evaluate and implement AI/GenAI solutions: deploy GenAI workflows for content production, explore agentic workflows to automate repeatable tasks, and ensure Responsible AI practices (privacy, IP, security, quality controls).Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Data Analytics, Digital/Marketing): manage project governance (scope, timelines, risks, dependencies), drive stakeholder alignment and conduct enablement activities to ensure scalable solution adoption.Qualifications for the RoleProven experience in commercial environments (5+ years in Marketing, Sales, BI, process transformation, MarTech or CX) with solid project/program management experience and strong facilitation & influencing skills.Advanced knowledge of GenAI for content operationalization (prompting, evaluation, governance) and strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (channels, campaign ops, funnel, KPIs, customer experience).Experience with data analysis & reporting (dashboards, KPI frameworks, storytelling), basic Python skills, foundational Machine Learning concepts and knowledge of analytical models (A/B testing, uplift measurement).Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate across cross-functional stakeholders.Proactivity, curiosity, structured problem-solving, creativity applied to solutions, teamwork and strong results orientation with ability to deliver measurable impact.Basic web notions (HTML/CSS basics, CMS/landing pages, tracking concepts) are a plus.BenefitsLocally, you can count on:Competitive compensation: Attractive salary packages and performance bonuses.Corporate welfare: Access to a wide range of services and personal well-being support.Career development: Structured career paths, individual development plans, opportunities for internal mobility, including international roles, technical and managerial training programs, mentoring and access to global learning platforms.Flexibility and work-life balance: Flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration.More about usJoin us.
