- Draft and review, in compliance with Diesel Spa templates, legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other legal documents to support corporate functions, ensuring the protection of the organization's interests.
- Maintain and update contract databases to ensure the accurate recording of legal documentation.
- Advise Diesel Spa Corporate Functions (Marketing & Digital Marketing, Interior Design, Safety & Security, Retail and Customer Service) on legal matters, assessing the potential impact of current and future legislation on the organization.
- Provide legal guidance and contractual support for marketing campaigns, media planning, and general marketing activities, including sponsorships, and influencer partnerships.
- Draft and review contracts with advertising agencies, PR firms, digital platforms, brand ambassadors, and content creators, ensuring protection of Diesel's intellectual property, brand image, and compliance with advertising and consumer protection laws.
- Advise on the use of copyrighted materials, image rights, trademarks, and third-party content in advertising, digital media, and branded content initiatives.
- Ensure that all communication and marketing activities are compliant with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Support all the above-mentioned functions in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements and contracts ensuring compliance with applicable laws, IP, advertising, and data protection regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate intercompany agreements to regulate transactions between Diesel and other entities within the OTB Group, including but not limited to service agreements, licensing, cost sharing, and transfer pricing arrangements.
You will report to the Head of the Legal Department and work closely with:
- Diesel and OTB Legal Teams
- External Legal Counsel
- Diesel internal Corporate Functions (Marketing & Digital Marketing, Interior Design, Safety & Security, Retail and Customer Service)
- Master's Degree in Law.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with a strong focus on Intellectual Property and Commercial Law, ideally within a global brand or international law firm.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- A results-driven attitude, problem-solving mindset, initiative, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
