CSR SPECIALIST TRAINEE

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of CSR/ESG principles, due diligence frameworks, and regulatory trends (e.g., human rights, environmental compliance, responsible sourcing).
• Strong analytical and research abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in sustainability, human rights, and corporate responsibility.

• A hands-on, meaningful experience within the CSR & Due Diligence team of a global luxury brand.
• Exposure to LVMH Group standards, initiatives, and international sustainability practices.
• Direct exposure to high-impact sustainability strategies at the intersection of compliance, operations, and brand values.
