The HSK Coordinator supports the organization, coordination, and supervision of all housekeeping activities, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring daily room occupancy forecasts and reports related to rooms and guest stays.
- Planning and ensuring adequate staffing levels to complete daily housekeeping tasks efficiently.
- Overseeing the work performed by outsourced housekeeping personnel to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensuring adherence to scheduled periodic cleaning programs and maintaining timely execution.
- Coordinating training for both in-house staff and outsourced personnel on the proper use of housekeeping tools and equipment.
- Handling any additional operational duties assigned by management.
- Maintaining a strong guest-centric approach, proactively anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
- Previous experience in a similar or related role within a 5-star luxury hotel environment.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or coordinating position within housekeeping.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
- Required languages: Italian and English.
