- Lead generation: Identify new B2B prospects (car dealerships, rental companies, fleets…) through research, outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
- Sales outreach: Contact leads, pitch Otoqi's value proposition, and schedule meetings.
- Qualification & Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand business needs and identify the most relevant Otoqi solutions, and organize the Closing Meeting with the relevant decision makers and a Sales Executive from Otoqi.
- Sales Operations Execution: Actively support the Sales Executives and Top Management with sales operations in key steps of the sales cycle — like proposal drafting, product demos and client follow-ups.
- CRM management: Keep leads, opportunities, and activities up to date in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Team collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- You consistently reach your activity and lead generation targets.
- You help bring in new qualified opportunities and clients.
- You support the Sales Executives and Top Management with all the sales operations, while learning from them.
- You gain autonomy and start building a stronger network and deal closing skills.
- In the future, you grow into a full-cycle Sr. Business Developer, capable of owning your pipeline and close medium complexity deals without the support of a Sales Executive.

- You have 5 years of working experience and minimum 3 years in sales, business development, account management.
- You have a strong motivation to build your future career in B2B sales.
- You are proactive, curious, and results-driven.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and speaking.
- You are comfortable using tools (e.g., CRM, Excel, Notion, etc.) or eager to learn.
- You speak Italian and English fluently (minimum C1 level). French is a plus.
- Previous experience in a startup, scale-up
- Previous experience in logistics, or automotive industry.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
