- Analyse software requirements to plan appropriate tests
- Plan tests, defining scenarios, parameters and acceptance criteria for software validation
- Write and execute Tests
- Highlight any software defects
- Collaborate with developers to analyse problems and direct resolution
- Coordinate, maintain and evolve automatic test batteries and test automation methods, increasing requirements coverage
- Collaborate in analysing and addressing Incidents
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on financial or trading applications
- Proven expertise of test methodologies, both for manual and automated testing
- Knowledge of test management tools such as X-Ray
- Ability to design and implement comprehensive test plans and complex test cases
- Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, Cypress)
- Ability to collaborate with other teams (DEV,AM,TAM) to analyze/solve end-to-end problems
- In-depth understanding of trade lifecycle and financial markets
- Proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, proactivity and autonomy within the team
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Understanding of FIX protocol and real-time financial messaging systems
- Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for enhanced automation
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Atlassian suite)
- Experience with performance testing tools for NFT (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience using cloud test farms offered by AWS
- Internationally recognized software quality/testing certification (e.g. ISTQB);
- SQL know-how for data validation
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms, Order Management Systems (OMS), or market data feeds
