Job Purpose:Security Business Unit, Profit & Loss (P&L), commercial and business development ownership through working directly with vendors and customers on all aspects of business growth activity and by collaborating with all relevant business functions to deliver best in class systems and processesResponsibilities:Execute the Security strategy in full alignment with the agreed strategy to grow profitable market share.Lead the vendor pricing and profit strategy through collaboration with Profit and Business optimization teams to review price elasticity, drive profitability improvements and handle exception managementDrive sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendors identification and onboarding and other business development initiatives in order to optimize results.Support development of direct reports and/or development of divisional assistant category managers (ACM’s) or business development execs (BDE’s)Ownership for full product and vendor lifecycle management, including system accuracy, product adoption & creation and contract managementHold commercial & sales relationship with vendor & customer key stakeholdersIdentification of commercial & operational process improvementsEnsure ongoing use of CRM tools to ensure best in class business continuityOwnership of quarterly vendor business planning and executionCreate a cybersecurity culture within TD SYNNEX ItalyProactively lead conversations and initiatives with the EMEA teamKnowledge Skills and ExperienceStrong competencies on cybersecurityCommercial acumenSkilled multi-level relationship builderStrong communication skills both written and oralTime management & prioritization skillsStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityExcellent analytical skillsHigh energy and motivationExperience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business management level, ideally from a product marketing backgroundExperience of SAP R3 and business warehouseStrong Microsoft office skillsStrong orientation towards and experience in services and solution sellingStrategic planning and business case developmentExperience of working within a matrix structureProven ability to multi task in a fast paced environmentBusiness planning experience with strong operational cadenceKey SkillsWhat’s In It For You?
