- Active Lead Generation: Identify and "hunt" new business opportunities by targeting local corporations, luxury brands, concierge services, and event agencies.
- Strategic Networking: Attend high-profile industry events, business mixers, and social gatherings to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Outbound Outreach: Confidently perform "cold" and "warm" outreach via phone and face-to-face meetings to pitch our venue as the premier event destination.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture a "black book" of key decision-makers, ensuring [Restaurant Name] is their first choice for every occasion.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the restaurant's lifestyle and values in the local community to drive brand awareness and prestige.
- Site Inspections & Closing: Conduct charismatic venue tours and walkthroughs, crafting bespoke proposals that turn inquiries into signed contracts.
- Respond to all event inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed and courteous communication with clients, ensuring all questions are answered.
- Guide clients through the event planning process from the initial inquiry to the day of the event.
- Listen to the client's needs and ensure their expectations are met.
- Prepare and send event proposals and quotes.
- Check the restaurant's availability and capacity to accommodate the event.
- Draft and manage contracts as needed, ensuring all terms are clear and agreed upon.
- Prepare invoices for deposits and ensure timely payments in collaboration with the administration team.
- Notify staff as soon as the event is confirmed, ensuring all teams are informed and prepared.
- Create detailed event orders for all departments involved (hospitality, bar, service, security, etc.), including specific instructions.
- Always ask clients if there are any food allergies or intolerances to be aware of.
- Send a follow-up email to the client the day after the event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- The Connector: You have a "natural" ability to build rapport and open doors that others find closed.
- Proven Network: You already possess a strong professional network or a "rolodex" of contacts
- Sales Instinct: You are a closer. You understand that "No" is just the beginning of a negotiation
- Experience: 3+ years in PR, Luxury Sales, or Hospitality Business Development.
- Language: Native/Fluent [Local Language] and Professional English are essential.
