This means that you will develop outstanding transactional and organisational skills as well as high level technical abilities.This role presents an excellent opportunity for career progression as part of a growing team.Qualifications
  • You will ideally be an Italian qualified Associate (between 2 and 4 years post qualification experience) with substantial experience in leveraged finance and private debt deals in a top tier international law firm or a primary Italian law firm.
  • You are interested in the Banking sector and, for this reason, you have delved into the subject during your professional experience.
  • You will be a self-starter with a strong academic background, a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills and a high level of commercial awareness, able to contribute to deals while managing different work-streams.
  • You will have good English language skills and be able to work comfortably in English, both in drafting legal documents and advice and in communicating with clients and counterparties.
