
Client Manager Plumbing Product Certification

- Manage and coordinate client accounts in the Plumbing Product Certification Program, delivering efficient, responsive service.
- Develop test plans, evaluate products against Australian and international standards, and keep client data up to date in systems like Salesforce and the Product Database.
- Conduct and review product certification audits, inspections, and quality plan assessments in line with ISO 17065 and compliance programs.
- Oversee non-conformances, product recalls, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with auditors, technical teams, and business development to optimize client service and identify growth opportunities.
- Review technical documentation, test reports, and advertising for compliance with scheme rules.
- Liaise with laboratories, regulators, and industry bodies to ensure testing and accreditation standards are met.
- Maintain and update technical schedules, procedures, and manuals to reflect current requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry, legislative, and quality assurance developments, sharing expertise internally.
- Promote Intertek SAI Global’s certification services to existing and potential clients.
- Degree in engineering, science, or related field.
- Experience in product quality management, manufacturing, or testing—ideally in plumbing products.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Team player with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Strong customer service focus and high service standards.
- Solid understanding of standards, technical specifications, and quality systems development.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Preferred: experience in product certification or manufacturing audits, knowledge of relevant legislation, Lead Auditor ISO9001 qualification.
