The ideal candidate is a mature, highly organized professional and will act as the local point of contact for our office, managing every aspect of the property purchase, renovation, and administration.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact between the owners (foreign investors) and local professionals.
- Assist with property acquisition processes: scheduling visits, liaising with real estate agents, coordinating notaries.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to property transactions and renovations (permits, PEC communication, local regulations).
- Source, hire, and coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, and designers for the renovation.
- Supervise the renovation project timeline, budget, and quality control.
- Handle communication in English (and Italian), providing clear updates to the owners.
- Represent the company’s interests in all dealings with suppliers, legal entities, and authorities.
- Proven experience in property management, real estate assistance, or project management in Italy.
- Strong knowledge of Tuscany’s property regulations and PEC (Posta Elettronica Certificata) system.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English (French is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
