The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is looking for a Finance Associate to support the consolidation and monitoring of the company’s financial performance and to assist top management in identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.In this role, you will work closely with a more senior team member and contribute to the following activities:
  • Monthly and quarterly forecasting consolidation and variance analysis
  • Updates to the company’s long-range strategic plan (LRP)
  • Annual budget consolidation
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the FP&A team in collaborating with the controlling function to ensure timely and complete availability of inputs for reporting, analysis, and planning
  • Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of Group financial tools
  • Assist in the reconciliation of short-term financial planning data
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good command of English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data management and analysis tools (e.g., Access, SAS, SQL, Power Query, Tableau) is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
