Starting from 3 plants in 2011, we have now reached a total amount of 17 sites adhering to the World Class program.As Logistic & Operations Support, reporting to the WCM Plant Coordinator, you will have the task of supporting the WPS, the production manager and the pillar leaders in the execution of the WCM program. Furthermore, you will support the team in managing benchmark visits to the Osimo plant.Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Producing the WCM methodological documents such as SOP, OPL, SMP and Training Brochures
  • Monitoring KPIs Plant
  • Actively participating in the morning meetings in production (Gemba Meeting)
  • Guiding benchmark visits to the plant by Italian and foreign colleagues or external guests
  • Supporting the identification and management of logistics flows
  • Support in planning, delivering and checking continuous improvement activities (Kaizens) after root cause analysis sessions
  • Support industrial engineering in Time & Method studies
Knowledge growth opportunities:
  • Wide training on Lean/WCM methods with specific focus on production and logistic fields.

As our deal candidate, you have a Master's Degree in the Engineering domain and have strong Italian and English language skills. You have a pragmatic and initiative spirit, organizational and planning skills, ability to work in team and to engage and mobilize the wider organization.
You have been exposed also to Lean, Six Sigma and TPM.
