As we continue to push boundaries and expand our product offerings, we are seeking a talented and innovative Product Manager to lead our eyewear product development and innovation efforts.Position Overview:As a Product Manager specializing in laser eyewear, your responsibility is to support the Senior Product Manager in the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing products and processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of new products for the laser line
  • Suggest extensions/improvements to existing products and work to operationalize them once approved
  • Support the management and operational activities regarding cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate with various company departments, particularly Production and Quality, to ensure the proper execution of manufacturing activities
  • Participate in alignment meetings with Project Teams
  • Support the Quality and Customer Service Departments in analysing potential product/process issues
  • Collaborate with the Product Certification area for the organization and supervision of product certification tests
  • Support the Technical Office in the proper management of product/process changes (e.g., Bill of Materials updates)
Qualifications:
  • Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education
  • Preferred qualifications include education/experience in optoelectronics/photonic fields
  • Min 3 years of experience in product development, project management and industrial processes
  • Good knowledge of Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented approach
