Together, we shape the evolution.The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Specialist to join our credit card transaction management team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the backoffice department, ensuring efficient processing and a great experience for our clients.This is a fixed-term contract (12 months).Day-to-Day Responsibilities​
  • Handle customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Process credit card transactions and verify their correct execution
  • Continuously monitor transaction management processes and report any issues or inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve any technical issues
  • Keep transaction management process records and statistics up to date
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • You have prior experience in a similar role such as Customer Care, BackOffice, Customer Service etc
  • You have Knowledge of backoffice operations and credit card transactions
  • You are familiar with Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent team collaboration and interaction skills
  • You are fluent in Italian and you have knowledge of English language
  • You have motivation and passion for the payment industry
  • You have familiarity with security and PCI DSS compliance regulations
